Will I see my miniature before it ships?
Yes. Our planned service includes finished-piece photos or a video before shipping and one complimentary round of eligible minor adjustments. If adjusted, we send an updated preview. We wait for your explicit approval; silence is not approval. See the Custom Product Policy. Orders are not open yet, and adjustment feasibility is being checked through sampling.
Can I order now?
Not yet. The standard piece is $189 USD, including standard shipping to the contiguous United States. You can send a free pre-launch request with photos, but it does not take payment or start production. Delivery estimates and import-duty arrangements will be confirmed before paid orders open.
Does every pet need a separate quote?
No. The standard piece is $189 USD for one cat, dog or parrot, usually 12–16 cm. Normal colours, markings, an agreed pose and the name are included without a separate quote. Standard shipping to the contiguous United States is included. Special requests are reviewed separately before payment.
What if I want a different size or extra details?
Tell us if you want a different size, clothes, extra accessories, a scene or multiple pets. We check what the artisan can make, then confirm any extra cost and timing with you before payment. Nothing is added automatically.
What is it made from?
The miniature is hand-shaped from chenille stems (pipe cleaners), with glued-on details. Our selected finishing design adds a burgundy braided collar and a gold-coloured name tag. It is a decorative keepsake, not a toy.
How closely will it resemble my pet?
Your photos guide the markings, colours and familiar features. Each piece is a handmade interpretation with visible fibres and individual variation, not a photographic replica. Current pet portraits illustrate the intended style; your finished piece will be shown to you for approval before shipping.
Which pets and sizes are supported?
We are preparing miniatures of cats, dogs and parrots, approximately 12–16 cm (4.7–6.3 in). The exact dimensions, pose and collar or tag placement will depend on the individual pet.
What photos will I need?
Prepare 3–5 clear photos, including front, side and full-body views, plus close-ups of distinctive markings. Use natural light and avoid filters. You can submit a pre-launch customisation request; this is not a paid order.
What is the Companion Box?
Our selected packaging design pairs a burgundy presentation box with an ivory interior and a standard printed care card. The pet’s name belongs on its gold-coloured tag, not a printed portrait card. Physical packaging and protective inserts will be checked through sampling.
How long will it take?
Artisans currently estimate 3–5 days for making a piece after details are agreed. Completion review, domestic transit to us, quality checks, packaging and international shipping require additional time. Full delivery estimates will be announced before launch.
What about revisions and delivery?
We plan to review each completed piece before dispatch. You will receive a finished-piece preview before dispatch, with one complimentary round of eligible minor adjustments before approval. Are the images real customer orders?
No. The pet portraits, Companion Box and sample name Milo illustrate our selected design direction; they are not YOURS,TINY customer orders or reviews. Physical branded samples will replace the illustrations as they become available.
