Clear before you order
Preview before dispatch. One complimentary round of minor adjustments. Planned service for launch; orders are not open yet and adjustment feasibility is being checked through sampling.
This storefront is a pre-launch design preview. You can submit photos for a free review, but payment and production orders are not open. The information below describes the planned service; final ordering terms will be confirmed before payment.
Standard piece and special requests
The standard cat, dog or parrot miniature is $189 USD, including standard shipping to the contiguous United States. The usual size is approximately 12–16 cm, adjusted to the individual pet. Normal colours, markings, an agreed pose and the pet’s name are included in that price, not quoted separately. Delivery estimates and import-duty arrangements will be confirmed before paid orders open.
A different size, clothes, extra accessories, a scene or multiple pets may be outside the standard piece. We first check feasibility with the artisan, then tell you any additional cost and timing before you decide whether to proceed. We do not add charges automatically. The current pre-launch form collects details only; it is not a paid order or a production reservation.
Agree the details first
Before production we agree the pet, pose, visible markings, accessories and name spelling using your reference photos. Please flag important features and provide extra views where needed. We will clarify missing information rather than promise details we cannot see.
See your finished miniature
We will send photos or a video of the actual completed miniature before dispatch by email or your agreed WhatsApp contact. These are finished-piece previews, not AI illustrations. You can approve the preview or request eligible minor adjustments.
One complimentary adjustment round
Before approving the preview, you may send one consolidated list of small changes within the agreed design. Examples include limited coat-colour or styling details, collar or accessory placement, and name-tag details where the materials and construction allow.
One round can include more than one eligible small detail. We confirm what is feasible and the estimated additional time before making the changes, then send an updated preview for approval. This is not a promise of unlimited revisions or an exact photographic replica.
What is outside a minor adjustment
A full remake, a different pet, a new overall pose or design, or newly requested features absent from the agreed photos and requirements are not included as complimentary preference changes. Natural minor handmade variations are not automatically defects. New preference changes after preview approval are assessed separately.
We will explain any additional cost and timing and ask you to agree before proceeding. No additional work is charged automatically. If a request is not feasible, we discuss the available options; we do not dispatch without approval.
Our mistakes are handled separately
Incorrect name spelling compared with the confirmed order, missing agreed features, defects or a material mismatch with the agreed requirements are not treated as your complimentary preference adjustment. We review and arrange an appropriate correction or other remedy separately. Preview approval does not waive remedies for defects, an incorrect item or delivery damage, or applicable consumer rights.
Approval and timing
We need your explicit written approval before dispatch. After an adjustment we ask you to approve the updated preview. No reply is not approval; we follow up and keep dispatch on hold while resolving the next step with you.
Review and adjustment can add time. We explain the effect on your shipment estimate; this process does not remove applicable delay-notice, cancellation or refund rights. We will confirm delivery and cancellation terms before accepting paid orders.
