The Custom Product Policy explains our planned preview and adjustment service.
This storefront is a pre-launch design preview. You can submit photos for a free review, but payment and production orders are not open. The information below describes the planned service; final ordering terms will be confirmed before payment.
Before dispatch
You receive finished-piece photos or a video, one complimentary round of eligible minor preference adjustments, and an updated preview after adjustments. We dispatch only after explicit approval.
A full remake or change of pet is not a minor preference adjustment. Errors against agreed requirements and defects are assessed separately and do not use up the complimentary round.
After delivery
Contact hello@yourstiny.com with your reference number and clear photos if the item is damaged, incorrect or defective. Preview approval does not remove applicable consumer rights.
Full cancellation and return arrangements remain to be confirmed before paid orders open. This preview does not promise a blanket no-refund rule.
