Share Your Pet
Choose the standard piece or describe something extra, then share 3–5 clear photos. We agree the pet, pose, markings and name before making begins; special requests are reviewed and priced separately before payment.

Handmade Just for You
An artisan individually shapes and details your miniature from the agreed reference photos and requirements.

Preview Before It Ships
We send photos or a video of your finished miniature before dispatch. One complimentary round of eligible minor adjustments is included; please send your requested details together.

Approved & On Its Way
After any agreed adjustment, we share an updated preview for your approval. We pack and dispatch only after your explicit approval and our final quality check.
The standard piece is $189 USD, including standard shipping to the contiguous US. Normal colours, markings and agreed pose are included. For a different size, clothes or other extras, we check feasibility and discuss any added cost before payment.

Artisans currently estimate 3–5 days for making a piece after its details are agreed. This is not a dispatch or delivery promise.
Completion review, domestic delivery to us, quality checks, packaging and international shipping add time. We will confirm total delivery estimates before ordering opens. One complimentary minor-adjustment round is planned; feasibility is being checked through sampling.
