This storefront is a pre-launch design preview. You can submit photos for a free review, but payment and production orders are not open. The information below describes the planned service; final ordering terms will be confirmed before payment.
Your free photo request
The pre-launch form collects your email, pet details and 3–5 photos so we can review your request and reply. WhatsApp is optional and used for this request only with your permission. No payment is collected and no production reservation is made.
Our team manages requests from China using OpenAI Sites hosting. Request details are stored in its hosted database and original photos in private file storage. Only the designated administrator can access the management tools, customer photos and backups. Relevant pet references may be shared with our artisan to assess the requested customization. We do not publish your photos for marketing without separate permission.
When automated email notices are enabled, transactional receipts and internal request alerts are sent through Resend using the recipient address, request reference and message content. We do not attach your pet photos or use receipt permission for marketing.
Access, backups and removal
You do not need a ChatGPT account to browse or submit a free request. Administrator access uses ChatGPT sign-in and a separately configured permission check. Signing in as a customer does not grant access to other requests.
We use short-lived hashed submission counters to limit abuse. Cloud and administrator-downloaded backups include request details and original photos and must be kept private. We review unconverted free requests for removal after 30 days from submission or the latest recorded meaningful contact. Activity received outside the website may need manual verification. This is a review process, not an automatic deletion schedule. Contact hello@yourstiny.com from your original contact channel with your request reference to request removal earlier. Verified website removal can cover active originals and the related site-held history; request details are handled according to the agreed scope and any necessary retention. Downloaded copies, artisan references and email-provider records require separate handling. Minimal deletion-protection records are retained to prevent old backups from bringing removed material back.
